They do not govern any engagement between us as a client. That is set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

Nothing on this site is a promise, guarantee or projection of revenue, patient volume, bookings or any other outcome. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including your pricing, capacity, market, clinical offering, reputation and how your team handles enquiries and consultations.
Any figures, charts, dashboards or case studies shown are illustrative unless expressly identified as a verified client result. They are provided to show the format of our work and reporting, not as a representation of what you will achieve.
Not medical or financial advice
We are a marketing firm. Nothing on this site is medical, clinical, legal, tax or financial advice. You remain solely responsible for the clinical appropriateness, regulatory compliance and lawfulness of any treatment you advertise or provide, and for the claims made in your own marketing.
