About

We got tired of clinics buying leads

Patient Pilot exists because the gap between an enquiry and a patient in the chair is where almost every clinic loses its marketing budget — and almost no agency is measured on it.

1

The problem

Aesthetic clinics were being sold leads. Lead volume looked great on a dashboard and terrible in the appointment book — because nobody was accountable for whether those people ever walked through the door.

2

The shift

We stopped optimising for enquiries and started optimising for attended consultations. That one change reorders everything: the creative, the price you advertise, the screening, the follow-up cadence.

3

Where we are

Patient Pilot builds and runs that full system for a small number of clinics, one per area, on a rolling agreement. No lock-in, no hostage assets, no revenue guarantees we can't honour.

How we work

Four rules we don't bend

These cost us business occasionally. That's rather the point of having them.

01

Say the uncomfortable thing early

If your pricing is wrong, your capacity is short or your front desk is losing patients, you'll hear it on the first call — not in month four when the campaign is blamed instead.

02

Own nothing that should be yours

Ad accounts, pixels, creative files, landing pages and patient data stay in your name from day one. Agencies that hold those hostage are protecting themselves, not you.

03

Report the number that hurts

Attendance and cost per attended consult go at the top of every report, even in the weeks they look bad. Anything else is decoration.

04

Stay small enough to care

One clinic per area, and a deliberately short client list. We'd rather be excellent for a handful of clinics than adequate for a hundred.

Working together

Reachable, not managed

A shared channel with the people actually running your account, not a ticket queue. Weekly written updates, a call every fortnight, and an answer the same day when something needs deciding.

  • Direct line to whoever is running your campaigns
  • Written weekly update — what moved, what we're changing
  • Fortnightly call, more during onboarding
  • Under an hour a week of your time after setup
