What we collect

When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you give us: your name, clinic name, email address, phone number, location, treatment focus and budget range, plus anything you write in the message field.

When you browse the site we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you visit, in order to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you, assess whether we are a fit for your clinic, and maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Technical information is used in aggregate to improve the site. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.

Who processes it

When you submit the contact form, your details are sent to and stored in our customer relationship management system, GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. They store the information so we can respond to you and keep a record of our correspondence; they do not use it for their own purposes.

This may involve your information being transferred to and stored on servers outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards our providers have in place for international transfers.

Legal basis

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries you initiate, and on your consent for any optional marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for the period required by our tax and accounting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only what is necessary to function. If analytics or advertising tools are added later, this policy will be updated to describe them and, where required, a consent banner will be shown before they load.
